• Winner of the Phoenix Award for brownfield redevelopment efforts, specifically the cleanup and redevelopment of the Trenton Waterfront.

• Participates on the advisory panel for the National Phoenix Awards

• Produced a video in cooperation with New Jersey Network Television entitled, “Renewing New Jersey’s Brownfields – Repairing the Past, Preparing for the Future.”

• Participated on Planning Committee for the National Brownfield Conference

• Advisory Board Member of the National Brownfields Association

• Interstate Technology Regulatory Council Brownfield Team Program Advisor

• ITRC Team is evaluating cleanup and reuse strategies applied to the cleanup and reuse of brownfield sites on a national level through the use of case studies conducted across the U.S.
• ITRC Brownfield Team evaluating how brownfield strategies and incentives can be applied to former military installations

• Conducting training with communities on assessment activities, the understanding of real estate and how to market brownfield sites to developer for planned reuse

• Participated on the three-person NJDEP team that negotiated the voluntary cleanup agreement executed with the U.S. Department of Defense, which will facilitate the identification and cleanup of military sites in the State of New Jersey.
