Dr. Bikas Vaidya is a Senior Scientist at Lynntech. He received his Doctorate degree in analytical chemistry from Iowa State University and Master's degrees in analytical chemistry and organic chemistry from Bowling Green State University and Tribhuvan University, respectively. He has over 25 years of combined experience in applied research and development and in project management. His research interest is focused on understanding and controlling the chemistry of materials. This is achieved through various methods of synthesis and modification. These innovative modified materials find application in enhancing separation and detection of toxic materials including chemicals and biological agents, and in the development of novel methods in analysis of environmental samples.
