Viviane Khounlavong-Vallance is currently the Associate Executive Director of the agency assisting in the oversight of all activities and departments as well as the overall implementation of business and economic development projects affecting Lawrence County and other Southeast Ohio counties. She also develops and maintains all applications for funding throughout the community, including those for The Point Industrial Park.

Vallance is an active member of the International Economic Development Council, board member and Vice President of Professional Development of the Ohio Economic Development Association, board member and regional director of the U.S. and China Export Trade Council, vice president of Leadership Tri-State, co-chair of Ironton In Bloom, an active member of the Friends of Ironton, steering committee member of the Lawrence Co. Health and Wellness Initiative, and member of the Lawrence County Planning Commission.

Vallance is also a personal trainer, martial arts instructor, and snowboarder.
