Mrs. Walker has over 24 years of experience in environmental chemistry and Department of Defense restoration projects. Currently, she serves as the Program Manager for the Formerly Used Defense (FUDS) Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) Site Inspection (SI) program and as the Project Manager for two environmental studies for the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management-Environmental Division. Her primary technical focus is on munitions constituents (MC) concerns at military munitions sites. She serves as a project manager in the Military Munitions Division of the USACE Environmental and Munitions Center of Expertise. Mrs. Walker has participated in the development of several USACE guidance documents, most recently, EM 200-1-15, entitled Technical Guidance for Military Munitions Response Actions. She has co-developed and teaches two training courses pertaining to munitions constituents, Introduction to MC (formerly MC for Project Managers) and MC - Planning to Reporting and Execution. Mrs. Walker has a B.S. degree from Texas A&M University in Chemistry. She is a Project Management Professional, a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, and a Registered Hazardous Substance Professional. She is a member of the Army Acquisition Corps and is Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III certified in Facilities Engineering and Level II certified in Project Management.
