Courtney Welch is a technical assistance project lead at the DOE National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), where her work focuses on the design and implementation of energy efficiency and renewable energy policies and programs as well as public education and outreach in these sectors. Welch is a member of the DOE Technical Assistance Program, which provides assistance to states, cities and counties deploying energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.
