Presentation Overview:

The briefing provides an overview of technical and regulatory facets of constructing solar farms on closed landfills. It summarizes the findings of a draft paper covering a combination of case study evidence and literature research. The target audience for this study includes project managers, owners, developers, operators, regulators, and various levels of stakeholders with an interest in revitalizing contaminated lands. The author is a NNEMS Fellow with EPA's Office of Superfund Remediation and Technology Innovation.
