The tightness tests are to be performed on five 30,000-gallon #2 oil double-wall USTs (tanks 1,2,3,4,5,) and on two 1,000-gallon #2 oil double-wall USTs (tanks 6 & 7). The service provider would additionally perform a site investigation to confirm if the site follows NYC DEC regulations and complete a report and a proposal to repair any deficiencies (if found). Firms capable of providing these services should submit a statement regarding their capability on a document containing the official company letterhead.
