The Contractor shall provide services to remove and clean up hazardous substances, petroleum oil lubricant (POL) free product, or impacted soil at USAG-Humphreys, South Korea. This service may include off-post cleanup to prevent further migration of spilled fuel and to relocate contaminated soil, sludge, oil slick and waste/debris generated during the cleanup action to the designated stockpiling areas at USAG-Humphreys.
