This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Hazardous Waste Removal Service (NAICS code 562112) for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and NIOSH located at 1095 Willowdale Road, Morgantown, WV 26505. The CDC intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. NIOSH in Morgantown, WV, is a basic science research facility and a Small Quantity Generator of hazardous waste. The USACE Omaha District is requesting industry comments or concerns regarding the draft RFP for a potential acquisition.
