This sources sought notice supports a market survey being conducted by the St. Louis District, Corps of Engineers to identify interested contractors within the District area for the Scope of Work described in the FedBizOpps notice. The announcement consists of two separate Statements of Work (SOWs). In the first SOW, the Contractor shall perform a broad range of construction management, quality assurance activities, and related services to satisfy fluctuating needs and conditions. Construction management services for this contract will be performed primarily within the limits of the U.S. Army Engineer District, St. Louis. In the second SOW, the QA Contractor will provide QA support, oversight of radiological, environmental, and construction services to the MVS FUSRAP Project Offices in St. Louis and the IAAAP in Middletown, IA. This project requires contractors with specialized training and experience in FUSRAP remediation oversight. The contractor should have knowledge and experience in radiological environmental laws, regulations, and technical competence. The QA at FUSRAP requires 100% inspection in order to manage cost reimbursement contracts. The Contractor shall provide services necessary to support and perform field, chamber, and laboratory test services in support of the areas specified.
