PV System Mounting

A 6-inch-diameter steel pipe serving as the PV rack foundation was installed next to a concrete slab formerly used for a storage tank, and tied to the slab to improve rack stability. Shallow bedrock at the site prevented installing the pipe to the recommended 4-foot depth.
