A draft Engineering Evaluation/Cost Analysis (EE/CA) for OU1 was completed in 2015, and issuance of the final EE/CA is anticipated in early 2018. OU2 is in the initial phase of the investigation and needs to be fully addressed. Proposals must be received by 5:00 PM ET on April 6, 2018.
