The Army wishes to gain knowledge of the interest, capabilities, and qualifications of the large and small business communities possessing the technical/management expertise to execute environmental remediation activities, including environmental services, minor construction, and A-E services at Hill AFB. The firm-fixed-price contract resulting from the proposed solicitation will be for a 10-year period.
