The Army wishes to gain knowledge of the interest, capabilities, and qualifications of the large and small business communities possessing the technical/management expertise to execute environmental remediation activities, including environmental services, minor construction, and A-E services at Hill AFB. The Draft Performance Work Statement attached to the FBO notice defines the scope of Environmental Remediation activities to achieve performance objectives at 23 Installation Restoration Program sites and two Military Munitions Response Program sites. The applicable NAICS code will be 562910 (Environmental Remediation Services), small business size standard $20.5M. The firm-fixed-price contract resulting from the proposed solicitation will be for a 10-year period.
