This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside, NAICS code 562910 (Environmental Remediation Services), size standard 750 employees. The Government intends to award a cost-plus-award-fee, IDIQ-type contract for one base year and four one-year option periods. The total maximum value for the contract is $95M inclusive of the base year and all options. Work will be performed by the issuance of task orders primarily to support remediation of sites contaminated with hazardous substances in accordance with CERCLA in Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, District of Columbia, and Vieques (PR) as well as in areas of Africa, Europe, and Southwest Asia.
