This notice constitutes a request for submittal of SF-330 (A-E Qualifications) packages by firms interested in providing support services for Navy CLEAN, NAICS code 541330. This unrestricted procurement will result in one cost-plus-award-fee IDIQ A-E contract for CLEAN Environmental Engineering Support Services in NAVFAC Atlantic's area of responsibility for a base period of one year and four one-year option periods under a ceiling of $480M for the duration of the contract. The general scope of this requirement covers A-E services to provide program management and technical environmental services in support of the Navy's Environmental Restoration. The principal geographical regions encompassed by this contract include the states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Idaho, Maryland, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wyoming, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. To a lesser extent work will be in Europe and other NAVFAC Atlantic and DoD installations nationwide and overseas.
