This acquisition will be conducted on a full and open basis under NAICS code 541611. U.S. EPA's Office of Ground Water and Drinking Water is responsible for the National Drinking Water Program, for which this contract will provide technical and analytical support. This IDIQ contract will have a period of performance from the effective award date through five years for the ordering period, with an additional 12 months for completion of task orders issued during this period. Both firm-fixed-price and time-and-material task orders will be issued. The minimum order amount is $100,000 and the maximum amount of orders shall not exceed $35M.
