This report highlights the preliminary findings obtained from evaluating changes in local air quality following the application of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology using a gas-phase air quality model based on the Regional Atmospheric Chemistry Mechanism, version 2 (RACM2). The report also includes a short description of the RACM2 model, assumptions, data sources, and the overall approach used for the analyses. |
