John D. Harris began and manages the Superfund Redevelopment Program at Headquarters. John is an economist and a lawyer, but don't hold that against him. He feels that working to get Superfund sites reused is the most exciting and useful thing he has done in his 25+ years at EPA and his mission is to see that every Superfund site gets put back into productive use.
