William H. Albright has a B.S. in Environmental Toxicology from the University of California and a M.S. in Hydrogeology from the University of Nevada. He has worked as a Research Hydrogeologist at the Desert Research Institute in Reno, Nevada for the past 22 years. Mr. Albright is currently working in DRI's Division of Hydrologic Sciences. Past experience has included: investigations of recharge processes in the arid west, snowpack augmentation by cloud-seeding in the Sierra Nevada, and investigations of air quality affects on visibility in national parks in the southwest. Currently, Mr. Albright is co-PI on the EPA’s Alternative Cover Assessment Program.
