Sarah Stafford, College of William and Mary

Sarah StaffordSarah L. Stafford received her Ph.D. in economics from the Johns Hopkins University in 1998 and is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Economics at the College of William and Mary. She has published a number of articles on the effect of hazardous waste regulations on facility behavior. Prior to completing her Ph.D. she served as a consultant to EPA for eight years where she worked with several divisions in the Office of Solid Waste.
