Jennifer has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California-Berkeley and a M.S. in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco. From 1985 - 1987 she worked for the Regional Water Quality Control Board in Oakland, California overseeing contaminated groundwater investigation and cleanup in the San Francisco Bay area. From 1987 – 1992 she worked for the Environmental Protection Agency – Office of Emergency and Remedial Response in Washington D.C. Her projects there included the Superfund Groundwater Guidance, PCB Guidance, and groundwater extraction and treatment studies. Since 1992 Jennifer has worked at the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality as a Project Manager overseeing investigation and cleanup of a variety of hazardous substance contaminated sites.
