Dr. Huling is an environmental engineer employed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Robert S. Kerr Environmental Research Center since 1987. He has an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from the Department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering at the University of Arizona at Tucson. Dr. Huling provides technical support to EPA Regional staff regarding site characterization and remediation of subsurface systems and his research interests include chemical oxidation, nonaqueous phase liquids, and contaminant fate and transport.
