Tom Rinehart is the Chief of EPA's Office of Solid Waste, Corrective Action Programs Branch. Tom has worked both in the Office of Solid Waste and in EPA's Brownfields Office in various positions for the last 7 years, serving at times as the team leader for the Brownfields State and Tribal Response Program Workgroup, team leader for the RCRA Brownfields Prevention Initiative Workgroup. Previous to that, Tom worked for the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality in the solid and hazardous waste program.
