Tool Kit of Information Resources for Brownfields Investigation and Cleanup (EPA 542-B-97- 001). This publication is a companion to the Brownfields Roadmap (EPA 542-B-97-002) announced in the July TechDirect. This tool kit provides abstracts and access information about a variety of resources including electronic databases, newsletters, regulatory and policy guidance, and technical reports. Innovative Treatment Technologies Database - Version 2.0 This searchable database contains information on the status of planned, ongoing, and completed applications of innovative treatment technologies at Superfund and other sites. It provides a summary listing and analysis of 345 innovative projects at remedial Superfund sites, 33 projects at removal sites, ten projects at RCRA corrective actions (those documented in Statements of Basis), and 33 at non-NPL federal agency sites. This version also contains an updated list, as of summer 1996, of the 43 on-site incineration projects planned, ongoing, or completed at Superfund remedial sites. Ninth Annual Chemical Emergency Preparedness & Prevention Conference in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on December 2-5, 1997. The U.S. EPA is sponsoring this conference with the Southwest Pennsylvania LEPC Association and the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA).
