John Baker is a Director - New Technologies with Waste Management (WM) Lombard, Illinois. He has been with WM since 1980. He administers and provides technical input to the WMI Technology Program. He develops, reviews and implements new and innovative technologies for landfill bioreactors, environmental monitoring and investigations, environmental remediation, and waste management operations. Mr. Baker also worked for a regulatory agency in California and environmental consulting prior to joining WM. He has a B.S. in biology/chemistry and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering both from the University of Illinois, Urnana.
