- Applicability of RCRA 3020(B) to
In-Situ Bioremediation Technologies
- These letters address the condition in
section 3020(b)(2) that the contaminated ground water be treated to
substantially reduce hazardous constituents prior to such injection. The
substantial reduction of hazardous constituents required by 3020(b) may occur
after reinjection. In addition, the letter in response to ITRC's request for
RCRA 3020b clarification is included.

- A Citizen's Guide to
Bioremediation
- The Citizens' Guides are 4-page fact
sheets that explain, in basic terms, the operation and application of the most
frequently used innovative treatment technologies. Note: There are English and
Spanish versions of each guide.

|
- Technology Overview Report: In Situ
Bioremediation
- This report, prepared by the Ground Water
Remediation Technologies Analysis Center (GWRTAC), provides an introduction to
the general principles of the in situ bioremediation technology, its criteria
for application, performance, advantages and limitations to use, selected
commercial applications, and references.
