Applicability of RCRA 3020(B) to In-Situ Bioremediation Technologies
These letters address the condition in section 3020(b)(2) that the contaminated ground water be treated to substantially reduce hazardous constituents prior to such injection. The substantial reduction of hazardous constituents required by 3020(b) may occur after reinjection. In addition, the letter in response to ITRC's request for RCRA 3020b clarification is included.
