web sites that include information about individual brownfields properties.
Other potential users of web sites that provide information about brownfields
properties could include associations, non-profit organizations, technology
vendors, and other service providers. This web site also may be beneficial
to other entities that list properties that may not be defined as brownfields
but that are affected by real or perceived contamination that hampers
their redevelopment. The information presented in this web site is based
on a study conducted by the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
in 2000.
