Technical Support Project (TSP) Expertise Directory

This directory provides a snapshot of the various types of expertise and experience possessed by the current members of the three Technical Support Project Forums (Ground Water, Federal Facilities and Engineering). It is based on input provided by the members themselves.

EPA established the TSP in 1987 to provide technical assistance to Regional Remedial Project Managers, Corrective Action Staff, and On-Scene Coordinators. The TSP consists of the network of Forums and specialized Technical Support Centers located in ORD laboratories and with OSWER's Environmental Response Team. The Forums work to improve communications and assist in technical transfer between the Regions and the Centers. The Forums also act as technical resources, and disseminate information resulting from the Project to their Regional colleagues. That's where this Directory fits into the scheme.

The experience level of the Regional technical personnel in the three Forums is quite impressive. This Expertise Directory has been compiled (with input from members) to make that experience available to staff. It gives staff a way to connect to the right people; those who possess the technical expertise and experience that is currently needed can be accessed.

The latest directory (a table) will be posted on the TSP website as a pdf file once the first round of data collection is complete. As with all pdf files, the table will be searchable, but not sortable. The directory will be updated and re-posted at a regular frequency (to be determined by OSRTI). If there are any errors, please report them to any Forum co-chair, as denoted by an asterisk on the members list.
