  • Identify the three suites of EPA RAF contracts including: contract structure, leveraging small business concerns, and statement of work requirements for each contract,
  • Describe the basics of task order fair opportunity procedures for each suite of contracts,
  • Recognize the roles and responsibilities of EPA contracting and program managers and staff, and
  • Discuss questions about the RAF.

This course will include lecture and interaction with the audience by providing ample time for questions and answers.

Note to potential attendees: This course will be a pre-requisite for all other EPA RAF classes presented during the 2017 NARPM Training Program including:

  • Acquisition Forecasting for RAF (recommended but not required)
  • Introduction to DES Planning and Task Order Competition: RI/FS considerations
  • RD/RA Project Planning and Task Order Competition under RAF
  • Remedial Action Execution under EPA RAF contracts: On-site Management Considerations

This course will be offered Monday morning during the 2017 NARPM Training Program as well as by webinar on November 2 and November 15, 2017 through www.clu-in.org. In addition, the one-day RAF training course previously offered in Regions 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9 and 10 also fulfills the pre-requisite requirement.
