The U.S. Department of the Army, National Guard Bureau, requires a contractor to perform hazardous materials abatement and demolition activities in Building 3400 at the Hawaii Air National Guard Campus of Hickam AFB. Work will include removing asbestos beneath floor tiles, lead-containing paint (LCP), and asbestos-containing material (ACM) in walls. The contractor is responsible for demolishing walls in Room 1 to create doorways and removing sections of CMU suspected to contain LCP, as well as removing vinyl floor tiles and mastic in Room 2. Additionally, they are tasked with abatement and disposal of hazardous materials, obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, approvals, and notifications, disposing of waste, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. OFFERS ARE DUE BY 10:00 AM HST ON SEPTEMBER 23, 2024.

NAICS: 562910. WHEN THIS SOLICITATION IS RELEASED ON OR ABOUT SEPTEMBER 23, 2024, IT WILL BE COMPETED AS AN INDIAN SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE (ISBEE) SET-ASIDE. The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), plans to issue a solicitation for a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for environmental remediation services, where approximately three Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts will be awarded to qualified offerors. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment supplies and transportation necessary to complete the scope of work, which includes environmental assessment, creating a remediation plan, and performing the remediation owned by the Bureau of Indian Affairs and other DOI Agencies. The work shall be for various locations across the Continental United States (CONUS) and Indian Country. The maximum aggregate value of a target of (3) IDIQ contracts will be $45,000,000.00 for all periods; individual task orders shall range from $10,000.00 to $2,000,000.00. The government guarantees a minimum award of $10,000.00 to each MAC IDIQ awardee. There is no solicitation at this time.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) W912QR4R0004 for an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Nationwide Environmental Remediation Services primarily focused on Heavy Metals Remediation in Support of the Army Reserve Installation Mission Directorate (ARIMD). The Corps plans to award five Firm-Fixed-Price Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) with five-year ordering periods. The contract will have a capacity not to exceed $245M. There is no solicitation at this time.
