This solicitation is issued as a request for Standard Form 330 Architect-Engineer qualification packages. The GLAES contract will provide professional A-E services to support the needs of EPA's Great Lakes National Program Office for contaminated sediment design activities, habitat restoration design/evaluation support, and contaminated sediment remedial oversight. This requirement is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 562910, size standard 750 employees. EPA intends to award one IDIQ contract with a maximum contract value of $25M and a 5-year ordering period.
