This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 562910 (size standard 750 employees). Requirements under this contract will primarily support environmental restoration, remediation, operations, and services at Maxwell AFB but also might include traditional minor construction, demolition, and repair. This project encompasses the installation of nine new wells and the sampling, analysis, and reporting associated with long-term management (LTM) requirements for four landfills at Maxwell AFB. The contract also includes preparation of a Proposed Plan/Record of Decision PP/ROD for the four landfills. The period of performance will be 12 months. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.
