This RFI is issued as market research solely for information and planning purposes. U.S. EPA is seeking information from both large and small businesses regarding the DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) attached to the FedBizOpps notice for EPA's Region 8 START V (NAICS code 541620). The purpose of the START V contract is to provide nationally consistent advisory and assistance services to EPA on-scene coordinators and other federal officials implementing EPA's responsibilities under the national response system. Interested parties are invited to review the Draft SOW and respond to the 17 questions in the body of the FedBizOpps notice, which will help to inform the development of an acquisition strategy.
