The 772 ESS/PKB intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract to provide long-term management (LTM) for multiple sites at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia. The work encompasses the full range of methods, technologies, and supporting activities necessary to perform LTM of land use controls (LUCs) and groundwater monitoring wells; development of LUC reports for 9 sites; and annual groundwater monitoring well sampling at 5 sites, analyzing samples collected for fuels, metals, VOCs, SVOCs, and pesticides.
