This procurement is a full and open competition (NAICS code 562910) to establish a contract vehicle that DOE can utilize at sites nationwide to acquire timely, cost-effective, legally sound deactivation, decommissioning, and removal (DD&R) and associated support services to further the government's mission toward reducing environmental liabilities. DOE EM plans to contract for DD&R work at various locations throughout the United States, including but not limited to DOE sites under EM, National Nuclear Security Administration, Office of Naval Reactors, and the Office of Science. This IDIQ contract has a preference for the issuance of cost-plus-incentive-fee and firm-fixed-price Task Orders.
