ADVANCES IN THE TREATMENT OF 1,4-DIOXANE IN MIXED CONTAMINANT PLUMES
Rittman, B.E. and J. Blotevogel | SERDP & ESTCP Webinar Series, Webinar #114, June 2020

In this SERDP and ESTCP webinar, two projects were presented to remediate groundwater contaminated with 1,4-dioxane mixed with other contaminants. Two technologies were used: linked membrane reactors; and coupled electrochemical treatment and biological oxidation. The projects demonstrated effective reduction of 1,4-dioxane, 1,1,1-TCA, TCE, and/or other chlorinated solvents. https://www.serdp-estcp.org/Tools-and-Training/Webinar-Series/06-18-2020
