This report provides a summary of soil bioventing procedures with an emphasis on the pilot testing and long-term monitoring of full-scale bioventing systems. This update replaces AFCEE's 1992 Test Plan and Technical Protocol for a Field Treatability Test for Bioventing, and provides environmental engineers and scientists with an updated approach for conducting bioventing pilot tests and monitoring the long-term progress of bioventing systems.
