The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Louis District, seeks responses from businesses interested in and capable of providing environmental remediation services at the Big River Mine Tailings Superfund Site in St. Francois County, Missouri, and the Madison County Mines Superfund Site in Madison County, Missouri. The work includes developing and submitting work plans; ensuring environmental and safety compliance; and remediating lead-impacted soils at residential properties. Remediation activities include site preparation; excavation, transportation, and off-site disposal of contaminated materials; placement and grading of clean backfill; and restoration of disturbed areas to pre-excavation conditions using sod, decorative stone, crushed stone, mulch, and other materials. Additional requirements include procuring equipment, personnel, and facilities; obtaining suitable borrow material for backfill; maintaining disposal repositories through activities such as haul road installation, grading, hydroseeding, clearing and grubbing; installing erosion and sediment controls; attending site coordination meetings at individual properties; and preparing property-specific project files and as-built documentation. This future contract is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed-Price Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) with a five-year period of performance from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), New England District, plans to award up to six Architect-Engineer (AE) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts under a $49 million Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) projects. Services may include environmental site assessments and investigations; remedial investigations and feasibility studies; human health and ecological risk assessments; engineering evaluations and remedial/removal designs; remediation and construction-phase services; groundwater and surface water investigations and modeling; geospatial services; environmental data management; regulatory support; community outreach; and long-term operation and maintenance. Projects may support EPA's Superfund Program, Department of Defense environmental restoration programs, Formerly Used Defense Sites (FUDS), and other federal agencies. The contracts will have a five-year ordering period, with negotiated firm-fixed-price task orders anticipated to range from $100,000 to $5 million. The minimum guaranteed amount is $10,000 per contract. Work will primarily occur in the six New England states, New York, and New Jersey, with potential assignments elsewhere in the USACE North Atlantic Division's area of responsibility. Small business work will primarily be performed in the six New England states. Awards are anticipated by fall 2027, before the existing MATOC contracts expire in November 2027.
