The U.S. Coast Guard has a requirement for lead dust cleaning and lead wipe testing of Quarters 2 at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in Groton, Connecticut. The work includes lead dust cleaning of all window wells, windowsills, hardwood floors, carpeted areas, the front porch, bathroom and kitchen tile floors, the basement floor, basement windows and windowsills, the garage floor, and any reachable exterior window ledges containing debris, which shall be HEPA vacuumed. During cleaning, all carpeted areas must be covered with 6-mil plastic to prevent damage and shall be HEPA vacuumed upon completion of the cleaning. After cleaning is complete, lead wipe testing shall be performed by an independent third party. One window well, one windowsill, and one floor sample shall be collected per room. If a room has a window without a windowsill, samples shall be collected from the window well and floor only. All work and work areas shall comply with applicable regulations established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the State of Connecticut. In accordance with EPA clearance standards, lead dust levels must not exceed 5 micrograms per square foot for floors, 100 micrograms per square foot for window wells, 40 micrograms per square foot for windowsills, and 40 micrograms per square foot for the front porch. The award will be a firm-fixed-price contract. OFFERS ARE DUE BY 8:00 AM EDT ON JUNE 18, 2026.

The Department of the Air Force requires a broad range of abatement, repair, remediation, sampling, and minor construction projects affecting real property at Hill Air Force Base in Utah, with a limited number of projects at Little Mountain, the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR), Dugway, Carter Creek, other associated sites in Utah, and Pinedale, Wyoming. Project work may include, but is not limited to, demolition, site work, excavation, electrical, plumbing, painting, road repair, specialty trades, emergency fencing projects, fence repair or replacement, and associated appurtenant work. The contractor may be required to perform additional work within the original scope of the contract that was not anticipated at the time of award and shall be capable of responding to emergency task orders by mobilizing personnel to Hill AFB within two hours of notification and maintaining a local office within a 50-mile radius of Hill AFB. The Government estimates the total ordering value to range from $250 to $9,900,000 during the five-year ordering period with an optional six-month extension. The U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service requires the removal of asbestos from four locations on the Umpqua National Forest in Oregon. Two buildings are located within the Tiller Ranger Station compound. The third location is located 21 miles east of Cottage Grove at Layng Creek, and the fourth location is at Diamond Lake Recreation Area. Respondents are required to be an Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) licensed asbestos abatement contractor following Oregon Administrative Rules 340, Division 248. The solicitation will NOT be available for download on SAM.GOV, and paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. Per RFO 12.201-1(c)(2), the Government intends to directly solicit quotations from at least three sources on the Oregon DEQ Licensed Asbestos Abatement Contractor list. The Department of the Navy has a requirement for environmental remediation services at environmentally contaminated sites, primarily located at Navy and Marine Corps installations and other Government facilities within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific area of responsibility, with work potentially performed at other locations as required by the Government. The contractor shall provide a broad range of environmental restoration and remedial activities, including removal and remedial actions, emergency response, munitions response and range cleanup, site characterization, groundwater and sediment remediation, storage tank closures and replacements, hazardous material response, operation and maintenance of remediation systems, and related technical support. Work may involve contaminants including petroleum products, metals, PCBs, PAHs, PFAS, munitions and explosives of concern, pesticides, and other hazardous materials in soil, groundwater, sediment, surface water, air, and structures. The Government anticipates awarding a single Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, a minimum guarantee of $5,000, and a maximum contract value of $245,000,000. The award will be made on a best-value basis, with technical factors and past performance significantly more important than cost. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
