The site walk is scheduled for Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 1:00 PM EST. Participants should park in the main lot at Hayward Field, located at 79 North Avenue, Attleboro, Massachusetts, directly across the street from Walton Street and the project site. NAICS: 541620. THIS IS A FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 9 Contracting Office, seeks a contractor to support implementation of EPA's responsibilities under the Clean Water Act (CWA) and the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA). Services will include response and support activities, preparedness and risk management, technical support, data management, training, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC). During performance, the contractor shall provide all analyses, options, recommendations, reports, training materials, and other work products in draft form for review and approval by the Contracting Officer (CO) or Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) before use or distribution. The contractor may be requested, but is not required, to provide support outside Region 9, including backup regional, cross-regional, or national responses, and shall be prepared to provide scientific and technical assistance for EPA's water emergency responses as well as routine water program activities. For each assigned task, the contractor shall furnish qualified personnel with current credentials or certifications, and provide all necessary supplies, materials, tools, and equipment to complete the work. Unless otherwise specified, these activities are intended to support the entire water sector, including drinking water systems (sources, pumping, storage, treatment, and distribution), wastewater systems (collection, treatment, storage, and discharge), and stormwater systems (conveyance, storage, and as-needed treatment). The contract will include a one-year base period anticipated to begin on January 15, 2026, and four one-year option periods. OFFERS ARE DUE BY 8:00 PM EST ON DECEMBER 12, 2025.

NAICS: 562910. WHEN THIS SOLICITATION IS RELEASED ON OR ABOUT NOVEMBER 21, 2025, IT WILL BE COMPETED AS A FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District is procuring a single, stand-alone contract for the Raritan Bay Slag Superfund Site Operable Unit 1 - Seawall Sector Remedial Action. The contract will be procured on a competitive basis, utilizing full and open competition (Unrestricted). Remediation will consist of the dredging/excavation, and removal of source materials (i.e., pieces of slag comingled with crushed battery casing materials and associated wastes that act as sources of contamination), and contaminated soil/sediment from the areas located in the Seawall Sector. Source materials, contaminated soil/sediment, riprap/armored stone, and miscellaneous debris will be removed. The Remedial Action Objectives, (RAOs) are organized into these categories: slag, battery casings, and associated wastes, which comprise the highly toxic source material principal threat waste (PTW); soil; sediment; and surface water. This is a pre-solicitation notice. The solicitation will issued on or after November 21, 2025. This notice does not constitute a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract, nor to pay for any costs incurred as a result in replying to this notice. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. There is no solicitation at this time.
