F -- ASBESTOS MITIGATION (SOL)
SOL: FA462026QA288
DUE: July 13, 2026
NAICS: 562910. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The U.S. Department of the Air Force, Air Mobility Command, seeks a contractor to perform asbestos mitigation, surface decontamination, flooring encapsulation, and HVAC decontamination within two adjacent rooms (approximately 75 sq. ft. and 400 sq. ft.) where asbestos-containing floor tile and mastic were previously disturbed following carpet removal. The contractor shall also perform asbestos-compliant cleaning of HVAC ductwork, registers, and air handling components serving the affected rooms, replace filters with HEPA-rated filters, and manage all generated waste as asbestos-containing material, including proper packaging, labeling, transport, and disposal at a NESHAP-approved facility in compliance with all applicable EPA, OSHA, and local regulations. The award will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. Questions about this RFQ are due by 10:00 AM PT on July 9. 2026. OFFERS ARE DUE BY 10 AM PDT ON JULY 13, 2026.
