NAICS: 562910. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District, seeks responses from interested large and small businesses capable of providing performance-based environmental remediation services under an Optimized Remediation Contract (ORC) for Air Force Plant 44 and Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Arizona, and Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada. The contractor will perform investigation, remedial design and construction, operation and maintenance, remedy optimization, and site closure activities at 17 Installation Restoration Program (IRP) sites and 10 Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) sites. The proposed procurement is expected to be a competitive, firm-fixed-price contract and responses will be used to determine the appropriate small business set-aside strategy. RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ARE DUE BY 2:00 PM PDT ON JULY 2, 2026.
